Inspiring Story-Miss Brenda and the Loveladies

Miss Brenda and the Loveladies is an inspiring story of a woman that used her experience and resources to turn life around for a group of ladies that no one would give a chance to, not enough themselves. I liked the story and how she wrote about each of the ladies and their experiences but I would have liked more about her own life, how she grew up, her childhood and how she got to the point where she was that gave her the passions she had for these women. There is some of that at the beginning of the book and a short part about how she almost got put in prison but I wanted more. It is a quick read and very interesting, anyone involved in prison or prison ministry would really relate and enjoy this novel.
